Established in 1991, R R Springs began its journey by manufacturing Rolling Shutter Springs and various other Industrial Springs. Over the past 30 years, the company has expanded its product offerings to include additional components related to Rolling Shutters.

Driven by innovation and customer needs, R R Springs has ventured into the design and development of precision-machined components. Today, the company has diversified into the manufacturing of a wide range of mechanical parts and conveyor components, as detailed in our Product Range.

Manufacturing Facilities: Located in Kayak Nagar Industrial Area, Hubli, Karnataka, R R Springs operates within a built-up area of 12,000 sq. ft. The facility is fully equipped with modern infrastructure, advanced machinery, and in-house tooling capabilities. This enables us to provide a comprehensive, one-stop solution to meet the varied requirements of our customers.

Major Machineries installed

The plant is equipped with a comprehensive range of machinery to support its manufacturing operations. These include mechanical power presses, shearing machines, bending machines, milling machines, surface grinding machines, pillar-type drilling machines, lathe machines, and self-developed spring manufacturing machines. Additionally, the facility is outfitted with arc welding machines, pedestal grinders, a heat treatment unit, essential hand tools, as well as the required tooling, jigs, and fixtures. To ensure efficient material handling, an EOT (Electric Overhead Traveling) crane with a 3-ton capacity has been installed. The plant also benefits from a dedicated subcontractor equipped with Trob machines, further enhancing its production capabilities.
